tried again just have the option to buy again or download there didn't seem to be the same button for premium reactivation as v9 had for restoring premium

Can you share me a screenshot ? Because now with the v10, when you log in, if you purchased the premium extension, the premium extension is automatically enabled ;-)
Perhaps this is not clear, I will put a mention when premium account is already enabled.
If in QGO left side bar, you get the ADB shell terminal command, or you have the ability to chose from 4 different personal profiles per games, this means, premium account is enabled :)
