the fuck you mean by "outdated artstyle"? how the fuck does an artstyle gets outdated?

(+4)

maybe they mean like the quality of the posing and the animations? like, runey has gotten better at it over the course of making the game so some parts have differing quality from others? just a guess

(+6)(-5)

Possible, and while I do agree that Runey is getting better, encouraging his artistic redoitis (the compulsion of artists to redo their work constantly) is not something I'd do.

(+5)

I dont think they are suggesting to redo. They asked if there will be MORE content. Which would imherently have the higher quality

(+6)(-2)

But that would be the same artstyle, wouldn't it?

(-3)

As Runey has continued working on the game, gaining a better understanding of scene composition or through a higher efficiency with the tools being used, he's able to produce scenes of greater quality. When he goes back and re-animates or brushes back over a scene, they don't take as much time as it would for a new scene; as he already has the layout, plot, and angles already setup. He just goes through and reworks them to bring them closer to the quality presented in the rest of the work. I believe this to be a good thing, as not only does it round out the experience for us the players, but it also allows the game to come closer to Runey's final vision of the game.

TL;DR - Reworking a scene takes a fraction of the time of a new scene, and reworking brings the quality of old scenes to match the new and ultimately rounding out player experience.

Yes, and it's also important to maintain the same quality throughout the game just to be consistent. I've learned a lot since I started, so it's only natural that older stuff will be a lot worse. It's also important to give a good first impression to new players.
