The characters look great. The overall presentation is very moody and cohesive. 

It's a little bit difficult to tell what's happening in combat. I think some simple Dragon Quest style hit / slash animations would help a lot especially with some SFX attached. But obviously it's only a week and you have to prioritize... Nice job!

The pixel is just beautiful, the music is very good, but trying to go through the first door freezes the game, if I can fix it I'll be happy to try the game again.

the game is fun the sprite work is actually fantastic , the music was cool  and the gameplay was fun , two complaints however , when I get near an enemy and i defeat the monsters that enemy will remain there and I'll have to go to the fight scene again , second complaint the collisions are weird I'd literally get stuck in an empty hallway  , other than that the game is excellent and deserves a good rating
