Deve ser uma pizza digital

Please reduce all those walls of text, if you don't have anything useful to say just move on. I also had no idea what I was suposed to do. Also don't forge to add something unique to your game, something that helps you standout from the other pokemon clones.

Yeah we didn't have time to impement the tutorial. The first 2 battles should've explained the mechanics.

You should start with the enemies in my opinion, it doesn't make sense to create more content if the basic game loop is not stablished. After you have at least some decent combat you should go to the rest. You can also make more changes to combat later on but it needs to be your first task in my opinion. ;)

The first time was when I was walking on the souther village. I was going left and I got the first error but managed to keep playing, then I entered a house and the game froze.

Let me know if you would like some help with the combat system. I work with statistics and mathematics and I have been playing RPGs for 30 years. Keep up the good work!

I was laughing my heart out! Too bad I ran into some "failed to load picture" errors and then it crashed, :(

The combat could use some work. All the ATB bars move at the same speed and they keep filling even when you're selecting and action even though the enemy doesn't move. Either have the wait ATB version or don't, this was a weird implementation. I also think the actions and character need more gameplay flavor, they are all too similar.

This game was very fun!

This game was very fun!

Very interesting story.

Please reduce the drivel and try to focus on the story and combat.

Nice Nintendo throwback. It would be nice to have a goal like kill x number of each enemy and you clear the Island and win. The enemies also should agroo and try to kill the player.

Very nice, feels like a real game. Could use some more healing options and less dialog.

I can't join the Discord server. It says the invite is invalid...

Yeah that's probably it! Excellent catch, thank you very much.

Hum... the game crashed... I'm not sure what happened then... I guess I need more QA

I would have liked an overhead map so I could get my bearings

Hey buddy, I think you shouldn't use another game's soundtrack. You can get in trouble for that unless Paradox gives their ok.

The cutest game I've played so far. The sound is also excellent. I just feel like it needs more work on gameplay.

Thanks for the excellent comment!

There are some changes I felt we needed when playing the game but I ended up not writing them up and not adding them specially since I was super tired but I'll get to it eventually. And you're not dumb, I forgot to add a message to direct the player.

You beat the game at turn 14,  March 1827. Did the game crash? Did it show an error message? If your decision made a resource go negative that is a game over and you have to restart tho.

I didn't understand the UI bug tho, that one is new to me. Did it freeze? Dir it overwrite number on top of each other?

The selection conflict is probably because the system tracks the tile you're hovering not necessarily the building. Since some buildings can overshadow a different tile you might get a selection different from what you wanted. At least that's my best guess.

I think that if you want to add some uncertainty you could tell the player what is the expected result but add some randomness like increase x by 3-7. So the player has some idea but doesn't know exactly what will happen

Thanks!

Yeah that's one thing I always thought when I was playing but I ended up forgetting to add to the to do list. There are other quality of life improvements I could do as well but didn't due to time constraints.

I had some difficulty with the ladders as well

I think this counts more as a simulation engine then a game. You would need the player to actually give up something to gain something as he makes a decision to integrate new technology for instance. I also felt like there was a lack of information, specially in terms of what I can do. I had to click stuff away until I could find out.

I got an error message while reading the paper

I like the idea behind it but the fact that you don't know what each option does really feels like removes my agency. Instead of me having to think about the dilemmas of option I need to guess, remember and only then think about what I need. :(

Nice game but I guess I don't have the motor skills to be too good at it lol

Excellent game! Simple mechanics but fun!

I think you could use a speed up. Make the game more frantic and maniac. Also make the money increase faster in the beginning, it's a bit too slow

You know I never liked platformers too much but although this one is super simple I kinda has fun!

:(

I didn't find the game either

What would feel natural to me is to press "W" and you go forward. Maybe have that option when you start bouncing?

We could slow down combat as well to let you follow what is going on. Would that help? I made it fast cause I like faster action and mostly care bout my HP and MP :P

Great game! Just cut the distance to 1k and you have you first stage. Then we can try to reach Mars, Venus, etc on new stages with new mechanics.

Yeah we fixed that but we missed the deadline. We'll upload that fix after the voting is over

I'm too clumsy to play your game. Maybe try to tweak the mechanics so we don't bounce off of the walls so much? I couldn't last more then a few seconds :'(

Maybe have an easy mode? :)

Thanks for the extensive and very helpful comments!

ART

1 & 2) We had some problems in this area and we had to get by with what we could. The whole team is thankful for the artists that helped us, hopefully we can get get more in sync for the rest of development.

2) That was block and the pushing mechanics was supposed to have been removed. What you saw was a placeholder animation from earlier versions. We fixed it after the submission but since we can't change anything we'll only upload it after voting ends.

GUI

That was totally my fault. I was kinda in a hurry and ended up trying to help other areas of the game instead.

CODE

1) Yeah we need a lot of work on the world exploration part. That's the priority for the coding team atm.

2) Also my fault. I was going to work on that on the last day but ended up moving to other areas

STORY

We have an awesome story to tell but haven't been able to code any of it. We'll start adding it to the game soon

Music & Sound

Sounds was the last thing we added and we didn't have much time to discuss or test how it blended with the rest of the game

BUGS

1) Yeah that was the first thing we fixed after the deadline was over. :'-(

2) I don't know why that happened. Gotta go through it again but thanks for the report
