I got the gist of using the two wheels in tandem, though I never seemed to move up or down, nor move permanently. I always reset at the end. The notion of using the wheel to control both position and element is a novel one, and I'd love to see this fixed up and polished, because the concept is undeniably cool.
You have a neat concept for a turn-based puzzler here! I had a bit of difficulty figuring out the movement without some sort of preview, but being able to reset is a good way of allowing the player to explore it to learn.
I'd really love to see the visual style of this expanded, it's a cool aesthetic! It also seems like there's an interesting system beneath this, but it's hard to tell without knowing how the wheel interacts with it.
