I'm sold on the quality of this dapper blinging Villain!

I like this submission! :) it is like it has its own contained story from finish to end and everything just fits so well together inside the world you have created! Sound quality is also top notch! :) thank you for sharing!

Hey all-

Since I can't respond to you all individually I'll just make a post here, I want to thank you all for all the kind words you've sent me, I really appreciate your feedback!

I've listened to almost all of your tracks as well and I've gotta say, there's a lot of bangers this time 'round, an I'm exited to see how the results pan out!

 - Hugs and kisses, Max

This is one of my favourite submissions. It stands out from the crowd and I love the vibes. The sound effects tie it together nicely and make me imagine a scene where the John "Lucrative" Smith is introduced. I especially love the "heheh, I'm sold" :)

The little backstory you added to the project page and the cool villain name make me want to see a movie about this guy!

I always look forward to your entries! Great bass and jamming piano. You have a flair for entrances and building a song up, and everything feels timed with just the right instinct. Even the money and background sounds fit so well. The voice’s timing and pitch was exactly right too (even though I didn’t understand the word the first time, but that’s probably me), and those are my sentiments exactly, “I’m sold!”

The short repetitions without added layers in this track would make this a perfect track to play over dialogue interactions with the villain in a game. I’m a big fan of the samples you used and am also super impressed at the quality of the voice recording and how it fits in so well with the bass groove and piano solos overtop. This track is game-ready right now! I couldn’t help but think of the song “Money” by Pink Floyd when listening to this and always thought it would be a good theme for a villain! Thank you for sharing!

Well this is a catchy groove! And man, is that you playing the piano?! That's some mad skill you got!

I'm sold.

Btw, is this in any chance inspired by Deltarune's Spamton? Both the song and coverart made me think of him.

Haha, thanks! I'm glad you  liked it, and though I did compose the piano part, I didn't actually play it myself, it was a plugin called Flex in FL studio.

And yeah, i did kinda have spamton on my mind while making pretty much everything, the track, the cover art, and even the backstory XD

(Also the part where he says "I'm sold" is something I had to record myself and it was crazy hard to keep my voice that low while still being audible haha)

Holysh* , really? That's your voice?! I thought it was a line from a movie XD It sounds like you were having fun heh. On the other hand, that's some crazy good piano sample. I wouldn't have thought it was computer-made. (Oh and I called it! Spamton feels. You nailed it, the song is very him.)

Love it, cool vibes and a really cool sample in the middle! Getting a bit of a reference here haha.
