What is the most interesting interval in your leitmotif/theme?
The most interesting interval for me is the half step or semitone. I use it in the flitting trills to imitate the fluttering of valves which can’t contain the raspy, desperate breathing. I use it in the downward-sliding chromatic melody to illustrate the villain slipping into the body, and I use it before the octave stretch to show the pain of unnatural extension when something foreign ruptures from within.

Dramatic very
I really like the vibes of this piece. The sound effects and melody evoke a very sinister and frightening atmosphere. Wherever Fearmonger is right now I sure hope he's not out to get me. Good job!
You are really getting that "cribbling fear" vibe going with all the effects working in tangdem with the sporadic nature of the plucked strings that seem very unpredictable- and the sitar really adds to the memorability of the motif since the metal strings are in such stark contrast to the softspoken flute! :) thanks for sharing!
The oboe melody gives the track a snake-charmer vibe that I think pairs nicely with the drum groove and the growly samples to paint a picture of who your villain is. I wonder how the last 7 seconds might sound if inserted at around the 16 second mark so that there is a repeat of the clear motivic theme (16”-23”) in the sitar-like instrument that builds to a climax right at the end. I like the ideas you have going! Thank you for sharing!
The piano pattern that starts in 00:08 I like. The rhythm is catchy. But I do think there's an excess of foley sound that muddles things a bit, and maybe not enough melody? There are songs with little melody that work, of course. It's just that it's hard to find the motif without one.
The SFX here really put it together!
