I really liked it, the game is polished, ties into the theme well, and is original ! It reminded me a lot of the 'Cursed' series. Well done !

When Words Hurt- Pros
- Very simple, honestly amusing because yeah, 10/10 could see this happening in real life.
- Easy to learn gameplay loop.
- Cons

- I feel the use of that theme could be incorporated more
Overall, this is a solid prototype that you could build upon in another jam, or later. Things I would like to see in a second iteration:

- A Game winning objective (cleansing cat of possession maybe?)

Fight For Your Life!I really liked it! Some things that took away from my enjoyment were the "hitboxes" of the candles as it seems that some of them are a little missplaced. You could add a specific icon for the mouse just as you do with the doors. Another thing is the cat fight, I felt it was a little too long and not giving any challenge, so I would rather make the cat attacks faster or just make the fight shorter. On the other hand I really liked the aesthetics and would definetly love to see what you are able to do with some more time. The game reminded me of Undertale for some reason.

Anyway, love the visuals and the gameplay, I'd say there's some issues with the cat's collision, and the collectibles don't do much. But I love the audio, atmosphere, etc.!
