Looks great. And nice sacrifice-choices :-D

A great game with a lot of replayability.

The implemented mechanics felt very polished. Loosing health, glasses, etc.

And a hats-off to the sound design!
The music which plays before making a choice, the difference in sounds after making a choice, excellent!

I really enoyed the way that the choices impacted the experience of the game and how the juxtaposition of items/groups/concepts to sacrifice made me think about their value and the impact of potentially loosing them. I saved language till the end but did end up sacrificing it o nthe last door, so I dont actually know what the last message said and will have to play the game again!

Love the idea and the implementation, also removing "parts" of the game makes you want to replay. A nice game for a Game Jam, congratz!

perfect fit for the theme and good use of meaningful choices. like the art as well. only complaint is: the 7z file format for the upload was a bit of a curveball. those coughing sounds though.. someone should get themselves checked.. ;D well done

An interesting little walking simulator and a great entry - well done!

On my first run I sacrificed language first, so I had to play it twice on account of having no idea what's going on at the end...

The game was in general very well polished! Also very immersive, with a few exceptions: sacrificing language still leaves text headings over the doors and I sacrificed animals at one point but then one door later there was a bird singing again (probably just a little bug).

It seems to me that the diversifier maybe made for a worse player experience, as that is probably what forced all the choices to have almost purely cosmetic effects? A static order of choices with obstacles that you need to be overcome in different ways depending on the choices you made earlier would've extended the otherwise great immersion into the gameplay and would've made for a much more interesting 2nd playthrough. I realize that that's probably way too much scope for a game jam though! ;-)
