I like me a good Halloween organ piece.

It’s impressive how much mileage you were able to get out of the lead melody. I enjoyed listening to how it gets progressively more layered and more varied over time.

Thanks for sharing this with us!

thanks for the kind words and for hosting the jam!

This is really nice to listen to! The contrast between the pizz strings and the wobbling oscillator mixed in with those organs is really interesting to hear and flow very well.

Great stuff! The call and response from the violin plucks to regular violin to the synth on the other side of the stereo image was great! Very well balanced and definitely gave the spooky vibe, great job!

thanks for listening - I loved your piece as well!

The quality of the sounds and instruments you used drew me in immediately. I love that you started with a simple, yet very effective motif and were able to draw out so many variations on it to make this feel like a complete Halloween song. I’ve saved this one in my personal music library because I know I’ll want to listen to it again. Great work and thank you for sharing!

Oh wow, getting some major Castlevania vibes here, in the best way. I love the details in the background, all the stuff below the surface. The melody is also great, and all of the instruments come together really well. I'm treating this as a one minute piece for the rating though, in an actual game I would want to hear another section to balance it out.

glad you picked up on the Castlevania vibes - I was listening to the Symphony of the Night soundtrack last month and it must have had an effect!

Oh wow I love the popping in this song, it's great! The organs and the strings I think really carry the piece, and I love the very high synth addition to it.  One thing I especially appreciate about this song, and one thing I kinda forgot to add to my own, was repeating the same part but with different instruments. Honestly it's something that can make an mile out of an inch.

The organs create a strong opening, the descending bass line that joins creates a nice sense of intrigue, and I love the chords! The composition gets very interesting once the strings come in (I always love strings), though the main melody also gets a little repetitive (imo). Otherwise, great work! :)
