Fun concept and really funny screaming! :D The rioter pixel art is awesome, the cop looks scared (don't blame him) :D I would improve spawning, so that the rioter doesn't jump on me with no chance to escape and make the collision on the cop smaller, so that I wouldn't lose when the rioter didn't visually touch me! Otherwise, great work!
