hahahaha love it.
I had a similar thought first of taking the theme literally and make the walls "bounce" the player. And you did it!

I wasn't really sure how the bounces worked but somehow I got through :D Really nice level design and overall concept. Especially I liked that old school vibes with screen warp effect :)

This is such a good game. from the idea to the implementation everything is on point just one small criticism it is quite hard to understand the movement at start but then when you do it is super fun

Yes, it will be a good commercial prodict, especially if any additional mechanics are thought about.

How was the crab run implemented when the wall reflection was turned off? And do I understand correctly that your work time for one person was a little less than 3 hours?

The wall bounciness is set really low so that the player could still bounce off the wall even when the bounce toggle was turned off, this is so that I can manually control the direction the player is going. For example, if player is going left super slow, I would just make it so that it would go left faster, there are probably better methods but that was I could come up with while still having time to do other stuff. And yep we each had a programmer, level designer and someone that polishes the game.

Goofy physics hah but really enjoyed it.  Very nice visuals and sick idea! It fits the theme perfectly.
