Very neat looking game, and the platforming feels good. It gave me flashbacks of PS1 platformers like Gex. I had a bit of trouble juggling between the different powers, unlocking them one by one might help the pacing. Great work!

Did you credit all assets in-game (including your own) as required by the rules?
Did you include an in-game time limitation?
Team Size
What main engine/tool/language did you use to construct the game?
Unreal engine 5
How does your game apply the optional theme?
You manipulate the time stream making sure your timer doesn't run out when you overuse it. If you let it run out the game becomes a lot more difficult because you'll need it to manipulate the level parts. So keep an eye on your clock icon.
