Creative Vision / Rationale / How Did You Incorporate the Theme
You bring fleeting moments of happiness and hope to those you encounter. Sometimes the wind plays with you. Sometimes the kids play with you. As you drift through the village, you begin to unlearn control. You start to let go.
Let the wind play. Let others take the lead. Let them smile—even if it means losing your grip.
Each moment vanishes like breath on glass, but in every act of letting go, you leave behind a spark of joy, a trace of melody. This is not a game about winning. It’s a quiet offering. A poem about generosity.
In LetgO, you can give the balloon to the wind, or you can give the camera to a child. Let them have the view. You can give them control of the movement. Let them play. In doing so, you surrender the joy of interaction—not to lose it, but to multiply it.
You are not the center. You are the invitation.
Through each act of release, LetgO transforms play into a gift—fleeting, fragile, but deeply meaningful.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We're so sorry it felt a bit confusing at first, we were working hard to make things clearer in the updated version, which is ready already and we will post it here once we can! Also, the game is designed for mouse input, we hope you'll give it another try if possible!
I couldn’t play too much of this since it was running too slow on my laptop, but from I could play through, this was a charming little experience. The concept is super unique and does a great job capturing the theme. I also really like the artstyle and music, both really added to the atmosphere. I did experience some issues with the controls in which the camera would spazz out and then continuously clip through the map, but aside from that, I still enjoyed it. Great work!
Thanks a lot for giving the game a try, even with the performance issues TAT. A big update is ready, it fixes most of the bugs including the camera clipping and the stability problems! We will post it here when we can! I really appreciate you noticing the art and the music, we are really proud of them too hhhhhhh!
I absolutely love this short experience, It feels very magical and wonderful. The reveal at the very end is very satisfying and makes me want more. The tutorial was very effective, and each section had me feeling different things. The interactions with the NPC's were very interesting, you can feel their personalities through the different interactions. My only gripe is that the controls sometimes don't feel as responsive due to the very close up camera focus, but other than that it is a superb short little poem.
Hey! I went into this experience not knowing what to expect, but I was glad it was what it was! Although the controls were a bit hard to wield in certain areas of the game, I think due to the camera follow, I really enjoyed moving around as a balloon. I made it all the way to the stormy area before I felt like I could not progress, although I wish there were more to explore, if that is the ending I am satisfied! I like how you transition to the eyes of the kids when they grab the string, it brings some chaotic kid energy to the game. Overall a really neat and unique experience!
Thank you so much for playing and comment! It really means a lot to us to know that you enjoyed the experience — that is definetly a generosity!
Sry the stormy area isn’t actually the end! That part wasn’t fully playtested yet and was submitted a bit last minute, so we completely understand the difficulty there hhhhhh. Even it's hard for me to pass it!
In the next update, you’ll start to feel how your generosity toward the world comes back to you in unexpected ways. :)
Thanks again for playing!
Thank you so much!!!!! We really appreciate you taking the risk with us on such a physics-heavy world hhhhhhh — we knew it was a bit of a gamble, so it’s great to hear it paid off for you!
And yes, the kids were our favorite part to work on too — they bring so much life and chaos. The storm area isn't the end (even if it feels like TAT)! It just an un-finished version, which we will be working on for the next update.
Thanks again for your generosity!
Playing this with my 4 y.o. We absolutely love it! The concept of it, atmosphere, art makes it feel like an Annapurna game, which is awesome! I love all the nice details here - art on the walls and eyes on windmills, also the few children! The village is gorgeous along with the music for it! Could play it all day long!
Some SFXs for the balloon are tad too loud, especially the collision one, gave us a little fright! I love musical stingers though when you move it!
Great job!! You made the perfect game for toddlers!
Wow omg, thank you so much! It’s incredibly heartwarming to know you and your 4 y.o. enjoyed the game together — that honestly makes our day! It even made me realize that making a game let people to enjoy is its own kind of generosity! I'm feeling it! hahahahahah.
We really wanted to create a world that feels gentle, poetic, and alive. Being compared to Annapurna is such an honor for us!!!
And thank you for the feedback on the SFX — we’ll definitely take another pass at the volume balance. We haven’t integrated Wwise yet, and there are still some bugs with the music and stinger transitions. Hope you enjoyed the stingers and the music as well!
Sending lots of balloons love your way!
Thank you for playing and comment! We’re so glad you enjoyed the soundtrack :)
We built it using UE5, as students our optimization skills are still catching up TAT, we managed to compress the build to 600MB, but it still demands quite a bit from some machines.
We hope to release a lighter or mobile-friendly version in the future so the experience can be enjoyed more smoothly, wherever and however you like. Thanks again! Sry for the impact!
Thank you for your playing and comment! We're really happy the movement, detail, and atmosphere resonated with you.
And you're absolutely right — the controls still need improvemnt. We designed the balloon to feel floaty and unpredictable, but it shouldn’t feel like it’s fighting the player. We're working on finding that better balance in future builds.
Thanks again for giving it a try and staying with it despite the challenges!
Super cool idea, art and music are great! Sometimes it's a bit difficult to control in the cave. Overall it's a great work!
Thank you so much! We're so glad you enjoyed it! c :)
The cave section is definitely one of the trickier parts — we’re actively working on improving control responsiveness and visual guidance in tighter spaces.
Really appreciate the feedback and encouragement! That's definetly a kind of generosity hahahahaha
the controls were unique and the atmosphere delightfully calm
I am but a balloon on the wind, and perhaps that is enough <3
