The gameplay feels good, very solid platformer controls. Definitely enjoyed the feel of it. Enemies doing damage while standing on top of you feels a little awkward, there should either be an attack animation or knockback. The individual platformer sections are well designed, the map as a whole however tends to have a lot of one-way passages where jumping back the way you came is impossible.

I like the sprites. The sex animation's nice, but should probably be skippable if the game rewards you for fucking every enemy.

Effects like the bouncing coins do a lot for player engagement, but sound and animations would really bring the world to life. I think that this can definitely be a very popular roguelike platformer if it's expanded upon. Most of the core building blocks are in place, the gameplay is fun, all that the game really needs now is a bit more content variety.

Thanks for the feedback! I ran out of time cuz I started half-way through the jam cuz my first project didn't really pan out, haha. When the Jam's voting period is over, I'm gonna update it again, with some placeholder sounds and a wider enemy variety, as well as proper animations if I can get that in time. Animation skip sounds fair: I'll see about adding a control for that as well. So thanks for the ideas, too, haha.

Happy to hear that you've got plans to keep the development going! I would love to play it again after an update or two.

Pretty fun game. Unfortunately, I let my hubris get the better of me and ended up clipping into the ground trying to exploit the fact that having sex will let you make a jump higher than your maximum. When the animation ended, I ended up clipped into the ground lmao.

Auuuugggh I spent so much time on this and then went through a gate while a goblin was in front of it and got softlocked

But obviously that means I liked playing it!  You have a solid little hack-n-slash here with a lot of different directions you could take it in.  What comes to mind for me is adding more stats you can upgrade, like movement speed and attack speed (and sex speed?); otherwise there's a bit of a lull at first where it feels like you'll have a tough time if you don't grind up to at least 7 ATK so you can beat the guys on floor 1 in only three hits.

I like the kinda roguelite approach of starting over from the beginning, but keeping your stats.  I really wanted to beef up and beat up a dragon but I think I poured half an hour into this before getting stuck...  so....  I will have to try that again later.

Meanwhile I will just have to ponder how werewolf pregnancy works.

I'm really glad you liked it, I put a lot of effort into making the gameplay feel good! I just got another report of that bug from somewhere else, and I thought I had squashed that particular one, but I guess I hadn't. I suppose I could add some upgrades for movement speed, as I was also considering adding one for arrow capacity. I also have a bow goblin programmed but not fully implemented. I'll crush that bug and get to work filling out the first "layer" of the dungeon's enemy roster, before adding the boss and making an actual town to explore, as well as the starting cutscene. So there'll be that to look forward to, but I won't upload it until the jam's voting period is finished (don't wanna spoil the results lol) even if I can finish all that before then. Thanks for looking at this, it really means a lot! Next year's jam game should be a lot better, haha
