This was really nice and cute! The controls were really creative too.
I was also alarmed by the warning symbols, which seemed to suggest that dodging would be necessary, but I figured it out in the end.
I had issues getting the music working in-game (I ended up just commenting out anything relating to audio to get it to run), but I listened separately and it was certainly very fitting.
This was delightful to play! Minimal, but well executed!
At first, the warning signs had me frantically trying to dodge the mice. I thought that seemed a little weird, but my morning brain went with it anyway. Luckily, snakes who haven’t had enough coffee yet can still find love. :-D

This is a very cute game! Loved the music and the simple storytelling without using any dialog. I am very bad at controlling the snake and missed a lot of mice but I was relieved to see that the other snake loved me anyway.
When you're bad at controlling the snake, like I am, it is possible to move the snake off of the screen and have no hope of getting it back.
Ah yes, I probably should’ve thought about that! I ignored it at first because I didn’t want anything to alter the nice curves the snake makes, and then I totally forgot. I’ll definitely put some boundaries in post-jam.
The music really makes this work! Short but sweet.
That was a blast to play and a well animated tale of snake romance. The snake controls and movement work well and I like the integrated tutorial in first level. Excellent music too. Cleaned up those mice cus a snake's gotta get love too!
