Movement speed and overall balance will be improved in the next update.
I'll play your game later :D

The control of the character feels pretty sluggish as if driving a car on ice, which makes controlling the character unsatisfying.

Moreover, the movement speed of the character is pretty low(even with 3-5 movement upgrades and also while not shooting),making dodge roll the only reliable movement option.I would suggest at least make the character be able to move quickly when not firing the gun.

The Type-C gun suffers from this the most since it cannot charge while rolling, which combied with the naturally slow attack rate, makes the player very vulnerable when surrounded by horde.

the enemy projectiles being green also makes it blend in with the background which becomes hard to notice sometimes.

That said, the music is lively and the graphics are cute, and the Type-C gun is very cool despite being the weakest gun.

Amazing framework. The models are extremely cute and remind me of DS era Square Enix offerings. The huge bunny enemy made me laugh a bit when I first saw it. The different selection of weapons is very nice, with the shotgun ice being my absolute favorite. The music was also very relaxing and the sheer selection of powerups helped spice up the gameplay, particularly the rare ones like the coin drones. Unfortunately, sense of speed is very important in a game like this. I found myself going for movement speed above all else and it not really helping. I think you would benefit from just giving the player a fast movement speed from the start and not worrying about having it as a variable stat. Invincibility frames could also be slightly generous, and the laser gun should have 3 levels to its charge like in, say, a Megaman X game. Overall I really enjoyed the game and I think it has great potential with its aesthetic appeal and sense of variety. Fantastic work!

Nice survival game. I like the perspective.

pretty polished. could run a bit better in browser but for a game with these vfx and graphics it was acceptable ;) i liked the music. it fit the aesthetics of unitychan perfectly. id like to be able to move a bit more while shooting. thats the only thing id prefer :) thank you for sharing

Cool enemy wave spawning game!

  • Innovation – The most unique idea I saw was the coin collecting drone.  That is a cool hook, your character should start with a drone and you get more as you play.
  • Fun – Moving so slow made the ranged enemies kind of frustrating, I would up the base speed more or nerf the ranged enemies.  Everything else was quite fun.  Might be cool if she just auto-fired and we pointed with the mouse.  Holding down for so long made my hand hurt haha
  • Graphics – Very simple asset pack stuff I think? Looks  good.  Needs more feedback and particles.
  • Audio – Not great.  The gun needs a better sound and some random pitching so it doesn't get annoying.  The enemies need  some random grunts and roars.  Needs foot step sounds, etc.
  • Polish – With some more juicy game feel I think people would really like it!

Great job completing a full and fun game loop!  Please check out my game if you like Metroidvanias or platformers :D
