  • If you feel like it, you should explore this concept more. This could be a Steam demo right now and should be a full game. It reminds me a lot of Baba Is You, and not just because of the great visuals or because they're both indie puzzle games. Both that game and yours are very creative in the kind of puzzle game they are. I thought this was very unique and you got 5/5 across the board from me. My biggest gripe would be how difficult some of the puzzles can be, but it was still so satisfying to solve them.
  • There is a glitch where if you interact with something before the death/restart screen wipe is over, it will stay on the screen until next death, blacking out part of the screen. This didn't affect my score. I really wanted to give it a 5 for entertainment just because of how fun the concept is, but 1-8 made me have to dock it a point. It took me about 100 times to figure out what I was supposed to do (which is fine cuz I'm dumb), but after I figured out what to do it took another 30ish tries to get the ball because it kept getting stuck on the straight path after getting it down. Same thing would happen with the middle path on 1-9, but wasn't as big of a deal since I could actually get to the ball as opposed to the ball coming to me.

How does your submission fit the jam's theme?
The game is built around making objects "unstable" resulting in interesting effects that can be used to complete levels. I tried to make it feel like a mix between what you would normally see with most corruptions and puzzle elements from other simple games!

This is insanely good. I really hope one day you come back to this and add to it. The potential for this is to be a great indie puzzle game is huge!

Thank you! I've actually been working on expanding the concept into a full project! I hope I can make the end result something awesome and fun :)

This is basically a full game, well done

Thank you! I was really curious to see how much I could get done given the time crunch since I had never really worked with constraints like that before. The end result is a weee bit crusty but I'm overall happy with how much I was able to cram in there for the jam. Thanks for checking it out!

corruption puzzle game! super cool idea

Fun game! I got stuck on level 6 because sadly the hamster upstairs is on strike and won't turn the wheel anymore. I had a lot of fun spamming the corruption button on the enemy and making it spaz out lol

Thanks for checking it out! :)

nice game! i love the graphics, effects, and music. it took a while for me to wrap my head around some of the puzzles, but the solutions are very clever.

Thanks for playing! This is actually the first project I've made and released so I was definitely curious to see how people would feel about it. Especially when it comes to balancing puzzles n such since it can be tough to know what players will and will not understand. Really glad you enjoyed it :)
