I tried to add it all to one post, but it wouldn't let me.

Hey, just wanted to let people know what my ideas were for the characters, the locations, and the game in general.
The game will have a lot of the same concepts and ideas as my old game, and as much as I hate to join the horror game rpg maker trend, playing Look Outside has inspired me more than I ever thought another rpg maker game could since I first placed Lisa, the game that sparked my creativity.
I think the game will be around 4 hours in length, and I want there to be three different paths for the game, with each having a different antagonist, as well as different unique bosses. I might mess with this idea a bit more as I go on.
I want the game to be a horror game, similar to Look Outside. I really love the idea of the random encounters being just enemies that roam, but I enjoy a little surprise so I'll have roaming monsters be different colors to represent their threat levels. Grey being just free roam enemies, blue being higher tier free roam monsters, red being monsters that chase you, and yellow being the most powerful monsters that rarely spawn. The little orbs I think I'll make into items that can spawn. The gems in the photo will be different elemental spells, or the rare elemental enemy. The sword sprites will just be different elemental swords that can be found.
The maps in the second photo will be different locations you can find in the game, with my favorite being the nuclear power plant! The locations that are slightly off colored from the locations will be just secret locations within the areas.
And finally the bosses in the first photo are the final boss of one of the paths, as well as three bosses you have to face to get new party members.
I think that's all for now, but more musical updates are posted on my insta here: https://www.instagram.com/lnewguard/
Bye for now
working on the next games, but currently I'm working on Sleepless Knight II since it will be a shorter game.
SK2 will be about the vague story mentioned in Pandora.
Man I'm having so much fun, its supposed to be a side scroller so it's kinda hard to learn, but it's worth it to learn.
Idk when the next update will be, but SK2 will be free obviously. I'll try to make it a browser game too.
Thank you! I'll admit I don't like the voice at all, I wanted to record the audio myself but I have the voice of a chihuahua puking up a cactus so this was the best bet for me. I'm still learning how to edit videos too, so having dialogue match with the voices is hard to do lol. Yeah all the overworld rooms are the same, felt like a bland world would help contrast the colors within the homes more. I did add a little title each time you enter the room showing where you are, but it's in the corner of the screen and hard to see for most people the first time. The music was fun to make too, and I made a video on the page to give some sort of background for Bald Rodney too and that was also fun to make.
Overall I'm glad you enjoyed it. I would've put more time into that stuff but I'm already working on a game at the moment (thats almost finished) and I am in too deep to stop lol
You play as Liam/Rosemary as he fights through the world battling with his own head for control of his body. This is a short game, maybe 3 hours of gameplay, and a lot of story content that is completely optional yet builds onto the story of who you are and who they are. There are multiple party members you can choose that make every playthrough different.
This is my final game of the saga, and is meant to close out the story. The image being a 1-1 recreation of my very first game's first map.
All the art and music is drawn and made by me.
I hope someone enjoys this as much as I did.

It's okay! I'm just happy I got to participate anyways and make a game that expressed certain feelings. Sorry that it didn't end up fitting the tone of the gamejam and you had to disqualify me over it. I hope next year's jam I can make a game expressing some happier emotions.
I hope whoever played it enjoyed it and the music I made for it, that's all I cared for from this event anyways. Thank you!
(I updated the release file.)
I may add more content to this game in the future but for now I'll just work on my next game and disappear into the ether again only to show up again to shadow drop my next game.
If there are any issues or bugs that I may have missed, please tell me so that I may fix it.
Goodbye.

The remake of Troy: The Soldier is underway, and will utilize every single thing I've learned from making these demo games and put it into one finalized game. I don't post updates here often, but here's where I do post updates:
