Fun game. Nice sound effects and animations. What can be improved upon is when the user completes a shape the user should not receive the same one again. There's also a bug where once the game restarts the user can't trace the shape anymore.
Nice game! I enjoy playing it. Hope there can be more graphics to paint! I think the only weakness is that the graphics in the book is not so connected with the devil and the whole story. But i still like it :)
The opening exposition was a little long, and it wasn't immediately clear that I had to return to the green point when drawing. However, it's a very neat concept for a game jam! Well done.
That was a fun little experience :) As other have said you should try to convert it for a tablet or phone :D
Nice intro! Also this was actually quite fun overall, but especially since this is something completely different :)
Cool story, and decent gameplay. It would probably transition really well to mobile/tablet. The thumbnail is really good :)
Really fun game! Loved the aesthetics, and the random events that happened in the background.
I loved the game! It was very original, the art and sound design was really good and it definitely had me stressed when the monster came close me!
What a great idea! I enjoyed the concept of this one. My only real problem was that the book was completely covering the screen for the entire game, so all the animations and scares you spent all that time working on went completely unnoticed.
Thanks for playing. I should have made it more obvious, but you can press the space bar to lower the book and watch events happen.
I know, but the problem is that there's no real reason to do so. If there were more incentive, it might be a better mechanic, but as it stands, all you really need to do is play the game and let things happen... they don't seem to have any bearing on the game.
I think it might be a good idea to make it so you HAVE TO lower the book from time to time... for example, things only happen when you aren't looking, and while they're happening your time expires quicker. This would give more incentive to look away from the game you're playing, and make what's happening in the background more suspenseful and impactful.
It's a fun concept, liked the simplicity of the story to the gameplay. I did however have some troubles playing. After I press "restart" the game seems frozen with no input working and the demons face is stuck in the middle on the timeline.
I also had trouble drawing the symbols correctly, even though I thought I was pretty close drawing the symbol, the game didn't think It was correct enough. (I think it bugged out and didn't work at all while in embed, I did succeed once only in fullscreen, or maybe I was just too terrible at it)
Really hoped I could see the ending, great voiceacting!
