I like the setting!
Very creative idea! I like the variety of possibilities to go through the level. Would be good to focus on graphics a bit more, to make it a bit clearer as it affects the gameplay. Anyway, for the 3day deadline, really great job!
It's fun to play and it fits really well the theme of the Jam. I really appreciate that little introduction/tutorial!
Fun game. Nice take on the theme.
This was fun but a little bit buggy, thought the balancing was done quite well
hey, thanks for playing our game! you're right, we didn't manage to fix all bugs before the end, but we will in a future update :)
Very fun!
thanks!
Creative and cute take on the stealth theme! I really liked the phased gameplay, but I think the game would benefit from a few more transitions, such as a countdown before night phase starts, and a game over screen.
Thanks ! Transitions could be interesting for a future update. We made a game over screen but we were running out of time ^^'
Very creative and challenging game!
Thank you very much!
The game is really good ! The music is a bit too loud in my opinion and the mice sound didn't feel like it was relative to your and their position but it might just be my bad headset. But those aside it's a really good entry for the jam I feel
Hello ! Thanks for your comment and feedback! Don't worry, it wasn't your headset, we had totally planned to make the sound of the mice relative to our position, (it was in our bonus task on Trello) but we ran out of time unfortunately.
Anyway, I'm glad you liked our game!
Very nice game overall! One of the better main menu screens I've seen so far. Objective itself seems simple but I also have items for thet help out. I wish catching was on space bar insted of E though.
Thank you! i take note of the feedback
Liked how the phase of each round was split into 2 with a phase for setting up and then actually catching the mice.
Thanks i'm glad you enjoyed it !
It's a very simple and charming game, feels like it was made with care, and slow introduction of mechanics is very well done. One thing that I think you should look into is that, if you press left mouse (ha ha) button then trap, if you have one selected already it causes it to become unusable and appear out of bounds. My preference, but adding an option to lower or mute the volume of music & sound effects would be welcome.
Anyway, taking into consideration the limitations of the jam,
I think you should be very proud of your work
Thank you very much!
We know there are some bugs but yeah we are very proud, and your comment is very heartwarmming !
Hi Snow, thanks a lot for your review, comments well noted! We really would have liked to polish the game, but we had some issues over the weekend, so we did the best we could with the time left! <3
Treat it as something to maybe look into if you plan to develop the game after jam, I'm sure you did your best, and that you can do even more in the future ^^
