Really solid game! Bit hard to start with the difficulty but the mechanics are good. The bounce mechanic for the attack is a fun premise. I also enjoyed time being used everywhere from from currency, health and loot. I did find starting in the middle of the rooms surrounded by enemies a bit rough to start.

The aesthetics are really well done too, sets a really nice tone. Monster designs were fun and there was a good variety of them with their own differing mechanics. Would have been cool to see the opening cut scene working though.

Overall, pretty impressed with how much you've done in the time you had. Congrats on the game!

Aww thank you so much!! Yeah in a post jam update we'll probably have transitions between each room to make it less clunky (also a way to better explain the mechanics). I spent a lot of time on the opening cutscene art so hopefully that will be available in the post jam update too :)

Really cool game man,

I loved the beggining, and it's a really good looking game, especially the music, so mysterious and good, i love it, can listen for hours haha

good variety of enemies, I would love to see they do more than just walk in my direction, but they are really good... there's a blue one that look's like a pokemon hahah I really like it.

When I lose and tried to restart the game, after the dialogues the game didn't start anymore.

Congratulations for the game

Yeah that's something we didn't have time to fully flesh out, the default was "chase the player" but in a post jam update we'll probably make some changes to that. The blue one was a mix of a "blue slime monster" and an axolotl :)

Thank you for playing and the feedback!

Fairly fluid gameplay, slightly clunky bullet return mechanics.

Loved the aesthetic! Bit gloomy but cheerful at the same time. Would like to see some variety to the enemy ai tho... Other than that, I had a great time!

Great to hear! Thank you for playing :)

We have a working version of the upload, we're trying to get in contact with scorespace on discord to see if we can upload the working version.
