This is cool. It does contain non-original music though, which isn't technically allowed by the jam's rules. Here's my playthrough if you're interested.

Cool little game. There should be a description for the items in the shop, I have no idea what they are?
Also I feel like you should be able to go left to go right.. just feels, right.

I tried your pygbag video and kept getting the error
