Nice art! Gameplay has caught my eye, it's unique (at least i didn't see such mechanics for a long time). However, i think it needs more freedom of movement. After some playing, i wanted to move or have enemies approaching from above. It may be my personal preference tho.

Nevertheless, i had fun playing it. I even got 378 as a record (i think it could be better, if my browser didn't lag   ). The whole artstyle, including graphics, animations and music were complementing each other and, as some other fellow commenter said, it feels like a good old flash game. I appreciate that.

Very good game, with great art and music! My only complaint is that it's hard to control for touchpad users like me, so a keyboard option would be nice. I couldn't get past 10 points :P Otherwise amazing game!

Is that a Nirvana reference? :P Good submission, Like your color palette, grayscale and red combination is always a win

it is very hard to make a 2 buttons game that entertaining, i also really love the punches' feeling created by the combination of sounds and animations!

I love One Finger Death Punch style games ! This one had a great punch sound and feel, really makes you feel like spiderman a kung fu master ! I had a great time and tried to go further every time. My high score at the end was 4698.
The variety of enemies kept things fresh, but I alway ended up dying on the bigger enemies when they were surrounded by many other. Maybe they should attack a little bit slower since they require more inputs.
And/or maybe the player should have more than 1 life. I think you can take a few beatings in OFDP before you die, allowing a bit for mistakes, it could also work in tandem with your combo system, getting hit would be another way to break the combo, and not just missing a hit.

As much as i enjoyed it, however I don't feel like it really fits the theme mechanically, more like a "flower skin" applied to kung-fu gameplay.

Thanks for the feedback and congrats on such a high score! I agree the game becomes plain unfair near the end and like the suggestions.

I also agree it wasn't quite on theme, we were hoping to add more elements to the players blooming effect as he grew but didn't quite get round to it.

Im glad you enjoyed the game and thanks for playing!

For a 2 button game, it's actually very good. It's simple yet well executed.

Nice Submission! Would be cool if there were some kind of visual indicator of the downtime after you miss a hit, but the music is neat and its well put together! Great stuff.
