How does your entry fit the theme?
Our game uses the mechanics of noise that bounces off the walls. The enemy hears this sound and goes towards the player.

As talking to the gameplay - it's quite (and almost everytime) easy, but I have a few suggestions to it.
Firstly, I think u can add "invisible tutorial" (little poped up game controlls on the bottom of the screen). As for it, u can use different types of echo (quite for shift, normal and loud (has more time to be available).
I have an idea. You can add to Ai feature that allows it find you faster. For example, this Ai can't find you in "shift position" but can find you faster after your jump. Good luck in Game Jam.
When you extract the game, the files scatter everywhere, it would be better for the files to be inside of a folder.
The music at the menu... is horrible, also the background image doesn't blend at all with the atmosphere.
The enemy can get stuck, so the ai needs a little more work (can't get around fences), i can't seem to be able to jump. I found the exit and it threw me away into the menu, that was kinda anti climatic, maybe a congratulation would be nice.
The monster really be packing those thick thighs tho.
I start the game and an enemy immediately chase me and beat me to death. I like the cinematics but this is not a great First Time User Experience
Thanks for the feedback, we are already working on bug fixes. We are expanding the location, this should help with instant targeting of the enemy
The echo effect is kinda jarring, I think toning down the opacity of it would have felt better. I liked exploring the map, and the addition of an intro cutscene was a nice touch.
Yeah, the effect really turned out a little jarring, we're already fixing it, thanks for the feedback
it gets fun once you realize what to do :)
