Really felt like an arcade game i wouldve played as a kid. Also i really like the bulky soldier character sprite, very charmingly chunky!

Great game! I really like the music, sfx, graphics, and game play. This is a really polished game for a quick game jam so good job!
1 bug I noticed is that when I was trying to turn up my volume, F12 on my keyboard, the player started moving left. Not a huge deal but just wanted to let you know. Good job!

This game is really fun! reminding me of the old shooter game like Contra or Metal Slug. Simple and straightforward, i can't pass through the final chapter but i believe it is great! Some of the flying boxes are too fast perhaps you can slow it down, i always get damaged by them XD oh! i also found that i can hop on the enemy's head without taking damage, which i use to pas through the enemy without fighting them, perhaps you can add damage of enemy touch the enemy? Overall it is a great game, great art and retro style music is a chef's kiss. Great job!
