As a fellow chess enjoyer I really liked your game. Its such a interesting twist and units like the knight kept me guessing. The art is also really readable and easy to determine what is what.

Thanks for the feedback! =D

So many ideas in this one, it kept surprising me and i could never guess what the next level would be. Very satisfying collecting up pawns and at times it felt like some sort of bullet-hell katamari damacy. Really nice entry, hope you enjoyed the jam!

Apart from the buggy dice (or at least it feels like it) is an interesting puzzle game. And the style is nice too.

I completed the game in 15 minutes and I don’t regret anything.

Thank you for passing, and for writing a review =)

This wasn't at all the type of game I thought it was gonna be when I read chess in the name. It's fun and a pretty unique twist on chess. It's pretty hard, level 5 with the bishops took me a while to beat and then I got stuck on level 6 with the giant dice. I could sometimes get it to move, but it'd barely move and then it'd go flying, I'm not sure if I was supposed to use it to block the bullets but that's what I was trying to do. The art style is awesome, I like the red chess pieces they look cool.

I think there's a typo in the tutorial picture, it has the same text under 2 images. It'd be nice if holding the mouse would keep re-assigning the flag the pawns move towards cuz I found myself just spam clicking a lot while playing. Same as the other person mentioned, it tried to open Steam VR when I launched the game for some reason.

Great job on this it is very cool!

Thank you so much for your feedback!

You got it right. At the 6th level, you need to use the dice as a shield. To move them faster, you need to take control of the pawn that is next to you.

I agree that flag management is not particularly convenient for such games. I'm sorry.

I do not know why some people open a Steam VR account

I was creating the tutorial in a hurry, so there was such an incident =D

I was concerned that it would really outsmart me with chess but that was really fun! a good twist on chess board concept and pleasing art style. For some reason though, it opened in my Steam VR?

Thanks for the feedback! Nice to hear that   =D

Without a concept. I haven't set up anything for Steam VR
