Nice. A really original take on the theme and you've implemented the fake OS really well. Reminds me a bit of the desktop on my old Atari ST (Gem?). A couple of tiny niggles: The AngelID lookup should auto-capitalize ideally; I guess the names should be in order of surname, but that's no problem once you get going; I didn't understand the SoulsMeter bit, but that might just be me. To be honest, those are mainly nothing. Great entry!

Wooow that feels detectivical and speedrunninglike you know it is so good.  A five from me. But I wish it randomly generated new people.

I love this to death. Love that all the windows move and it's all very minimalist and sleek. Well done. Didn't really understand the souls mechanic, but we pushed through and sent those murdered people to Hell just the same. Thanks for making this!

Nice! I ran across a bug where you try to open all the windows at once and they get pushed off the screen, but other than that everything worked nicely. I'm guessing "Papers Please" was an inspiration?

Really confusing since there isn't any instructions but pretty cool once you understand how to play. If you develop this further I think you could turn into a work simulator game where the timer serves more as the end of the shift and starts again the next day, you could also make scenes where Death calls back when you make a mistake or for interesting cases. Overall I found it an enjoyable game.
