The waiting for the control to sync is too frustrating to play with, I'm sorry to say. Missing a jump means you have to wait 20 seconds before you can make another attempt. The way you had implemented the UI and the screen sizing makes the info on the bottom left not fit into the actual viewport, so it's something you must redo.
The art and the music is fun.
It's a good attempt at a game, but you need to fix some issues before it can become fun, so I hope you will continue to develop this some more :)
The art style looks very well done.
I did however feel quite frustrated because it felt like the majority of the learning curve was just remembering to stand still for 10 seconds and wait for the controls to swap back to right.
If you are going to iterate upon this I would advise you to maybe allow walking in the other direction aswel. Or at least give the player something to do. Maybe 10 seconds is just too long and you'd need a shorter interval for the settings swap.
But again, I love the visuals so much.
yep man...it's pretty frustrating...but didn't got enough time for playtesting...Thank you for the feedback...will definitely change that :)
Fun game!!! Thought the art was super cute and the controls were nice and snappy :D
One critique was that it was a little frustrating to start off with the left movement when all the levels need you to move right at the start. Otherwise the game was super fun and I had a great time playing it :]
Yep I found that too...didn't get time for much playtesting...Thank You for the Feedback...will definitely change it :)
