I forgot to add cooldowns, and made it a feature. Pressing a button makes bullets fly everywhere makes you and enemies one-shotable.

very good use of the black and white style, beautiful and simple and very intense game, please rate my game too if you can.
I love that you and the enemy BOTH lose their cooldowns. It reminds me of SUPERHOT where if you want things to go fast, so does the enemy, adding risk to the reward. Great gameloop! It would be cool to add more enemies and shot patterns to make dodging harder as well!
Interesting art style choice, but you know what?, it really works. Nicely done!
