Download the .p8 file
head to (https://www.pico-8-edu.com/)
drag and drop the file into the pico-8 window
finally type run and the game will start!
Thanks for explaining how to play your game. After trying it, it’s a shame there’s no sound (or at least I didn’t hear any).
