Description
Middle Eastern and atmospheric soundtrack
Artist comment:
Story :
There had been a huge battle between Ariadh Kingdom and Kretzian Empire. We lost the battle and i had been taken as prisoner. but after a month, i managed to escape. The only thing I had in my mind was to go back to Ariadh and command my armies again. Because, i knew that this war was not over and we were stronger than them. I walked hundreds of kilometers across the Cold mountains. But then, i arrived to my home, beautiful deserts of Ariadh. It was time to prepare and fight again. We knew they were going to attack us again. After a huge preparation. the time has come. The "Battle of Ariadh" took place. We burried them into the golden sands of Ariadh.
Theme:
How does it fit the theme?
Two different music types and scales symbolises the difference of people's life and culture. They all create their own world. Two different civilizations, two different geoghraphies, two different worlds.

I really liked the 3rd and 4th track, the aesthetic definitely works and is nicely recognizable. The first two tracks were also nicely atmospheric, but I'm not sure I really recognized a "theme" for the Kretzian Empire there.
I tried to give a cold feel in the first two tracks. I thought opposite of hot would be the best way to show two worlds. Thank u for your comment and i'm glad you liked them :))
Great atmosphere throughout these tracks, I especially loved “Battle of Ariadh.” Awesome work!
thank u bro:)
The use of Phrygian Dominant in that 3rd (and 4th) song! Always a plus to me! Love these tracks!
I'm glad you liked them:)
I can very clearly hear the Middle Eastern aesthetic you were going for. Very cool sound!
thank u so much:)
this is a nice one. well done
thank u :)
I really like the melody in Desert Behind Te Cliffs. The harmonic minor scale with that plucky instrument sounds really deserty!
I thought, hijaz maqam gave the best desert vibe. I'm glad that i've reached my goal:)
These sound really cool! I like the atmosphere you created
Thank u:))
Wow. I think your soundtracks are amazing. Well mixed. I'm especially amazed with "Battle of Ariadh" and "Desert Behind The Cliffs". They sound sooooo good. Favourited in SoundCloud :)
I just woke up and saw your comment. You made my day:))
I really liked your soundtrack! You really caught the atmosphere with the harmony and the instrumentation. The percussion was also well written and very fitting.
I'm glad that you liked it, thanks:)
So vibey, love it! Really easy to imagine each scene in my head; and the instrument choice is spot on.
a few thoughts:
1) might be nice to have a bigger difference in tempo between pieces, especially the battle piece at the end might have more impact if faster.
2) adding some modulation "wiggles" in sustained string notes can help them sound a bit more life-like and less synthy/same-y
3) might be worth volume balancing between tracks a bit, the last 2 really jumped out after the softness of the first 2.
These are minor details though; overall I REALLY enjoyed listening to these.
Thank you for your comment:). It has been only two weeks since i got my midi and started using DAW so I'm still amateur in these stuff. I could not even get a violin sound at first hahah. But your comment really helped me to see the missing parts. Thanks again!
Keep it up! all your ideas are spot on!
