Description
When I composed these tracks I constantly looked at the right part of the drawing. I realized that I see these different colors parts as different locations. It seems that those parts of the drawing are not particularly mean winter/summer/autumn/spring, more like different emotions and feelings.

The game that I imagined was an adventure, 3D Psyconauts-like platformer.

"Intro" - The track that I composed immediately after the drawing was released, I just wanted to capture the first feeling from the whole picture and I thing I did it well. It works as introduction to my representation of the view of the game. In the game it can be in main menu for example. Genre: Ambient/Menu, I don't know how to call it to be honest.

The next tracks I wanted to sound at the background while you play the game in these locations. Purple part of the drawing - track "Purple" for example.

"Purple" - The first color from the top, the first location. I feel this location as stable, calm, peace place with a lot of peaceful creatures.
I wanted the track to sound stable, like this metronome-like instrument that plays throughout the track. I think it also gives that peaceful and a little fun vibe from it. Genre: Soundtrack?

"Red" - This color immediately made me go to compose on my piano. I felt that the only way to get that feeling that I want is throught lovely piano. I see this place as warm, romantic place, where everything is not that peaceful, but the main problem on that location would be that you need to help that girl with really long red hair. She's in depression state, she have a lot of locked feelings inside her and noone wants to listen to her. And you're the one who decides to help her and help her find her happines. So I think this track is also her theme. Genre: Instrumental, Piano.

"Yellow" - If you're listening to it right now you definitely feel what I wanted to give with this track. The place on the drawing really reminded me of the old game called "Zeno Clash" and it's location in the deserts. I think I unintentionally made this track to sound like soundtrack from that game.
In the game this location would be like "pain-in-the-ass" location with tons of danger and obstacles. Genre: Percussion, Soundtrack?

"Blue" - The last track that I did, and to be honest I was a little bit out of ideas and just wanted to end on those tracks that I've already created, but it would be incomplete without he blue color theme.
This theme is somehing like end of the journey, the final location. Genre: Ambient, Piano.

I used FL Studio for everything, synts, percussion, and my piano.
A little bit of leitmotifs included, maybe you'll find it.

That's it, hope you'll like it :)

Message from the artist:
Purple, Red, Yellow and Blue. Each track is the representation of the location, place "theme". My vision of the game and the drawing. Hope you like it :)

Theme:

Story of Seasons
Picture theme

How does it fit the theme?
When I composed these tracks I constantly looked at the right part of the drawing. I realized that I see these different colors parts as different locations. It seems that those parts of the drawing are not particularly mean winter/summer/autumn/spring, more like different emotions and feelings. Every track contains a description of these locations and certain feelings that I felt from these different parts.

I'd love to sleep to the intro and blue (unfortunately it's morning when I found this :( ). So relaxing and peaceful, great job!

You've got some cool sound choices going on! The timbres make some nice variation throughout the various themes, especially Purple and Yellow. There are some really good melodies over interesting chord changes in Yellow in particular, as well. Nice work!

I really liked this soundtrack, I loved how sparse the intro was (really liked the panning too!) it really captured the tone of the kind of game you were going for. The chords in Purple are really lovely, and with every piece there's a really strong sense of place and atmosphere. Great work!

Choosing the colors of the theme art as inspiration was a simple but really great idea i havent seen.

Lovely rain and synth in the intro track. There's a beautiful melancholy that permeates your soundtrack, well done!
