Congrats!
I like that you can pass to make the opponent activate, brings balance to the game. The problem is, with actions being shared, I can imagine very easily making an activation battery camped in one or two objects in cover or out of LOS and one single infantry doing all the work and jumping again to cover. I guess "shared data" and the special actions help a little bit with that.
BTW hurray for probability balance 2d6
I agree that shared actions can lead to a bit of camping. I might consider capping individual usages but you get in a weird spot if you are at a model disadvantage and the high value object is far away.
The 2d6 came after my first playtest. It frees up more room for value modifiers that are meaningful but not overwhelming.
