Great job finishing a game for the jam! Overall I can tell you put in effort to present a complete experience with the narrative, sound, and gameplay loop. There are a bit too many annoyances weighing the loop down though. Even if you take items back you can't seem to try anything else, then you have to reset which gets rid of your gathered resources completely. I think if you iron out those kinks it would be more enjoyable. It would give a sense "comboing" off a bunch of guesses. Also I constantly encountered a bug of two items occupying one slot at a time. In general a cool idea that could use some ironing out.  Unfortunately your game seems to be 84 x 84 pixels when the required resolution is 84 x 48 or 48 x 84 and the color, while a cool addition, is against the rules as well. Thanks for participating!

Fun game! I included it in my Nokia 3310 Jam 4 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Having to go back to the logs and mines to get more after every craft attempt is really irritating.

Ah, a fellow Construct 3 user, that’s nice. Some feedback: I can collect multiple logs and stones but I do still have to keep going back to collect more when I screw up on guessing the next combo – you should probably be able to get it to just subtract what you use.

Cute narrative gimmick, although you are still breaking the rules there!

That was fun! I can't say much about the use of color without spoiling it for everyone else so, play for yourself.
