  • I liked that you managed to get a boss fight in there! I couldn't really see the tie in with the theme of connections in the actual game play or mechanics, but then again, I couldn't really finish the boss fight because I kept jumping right into the bullets, so there might be more I'm missing. The concept wasn't unique, but it was nostalgic, which has its own benefits. The art style was very simple, but I kind of liked the desolate feeling you set up, contrasted by the blue highlights of your character. It was an interesting take on the colour palette of the jam, since that had more vibrancy. An interesting choice! Though the lack of character movement, even at least turning around, did make it very bare bones. I didn't run into any bugs while playing, which is good. That means you kept it simple and were able to make it play smoothly. That's one of the most important things at the end of a jam. Overall, it's a fun game with a fun idea. I could easily see you adding more levels and making unique bosses for various levels. I'd like to see maybe a little more worldbuilding or story, but that's my personal preference. I think you did a good job in completing what you could.

Great art, loved de atmosphere and the IA. Missed some non-battle background music thought. Great game!

I like the level's atmosphere as it grasps being on a rogue planet. The character is also well made and I like the visual indicator when the gun is ready to fire. The movement could be a bit more smoother, as some double bullet patterns made it feel almost impossible to jump over and I end up hitting both at once. I initially played this not on full screen and didn't realize that I was missing some parts of the UI.

Overall, an enjoyable mission; It made me wanna keep playing until I destroyed that droid!

Thank you for playing! Working on some real AI instead of the trigger overlap that the boss works on right now, should resolve those issues :) your game is cool too!

Really like the background and the lighting. Also a nice feature that you can block bullets with your own bullets.

Great Art, Sound, and Fun Gameplay, Collision is a bit jank, but that's what makes it fun ;)!

Great art for sure, gameplay like movement and jumpish wash bit harsh. I could stick against walls. But overal I love the music and sounds tho the explosion sound jumpscared me cause it was loud.
