nice! i see it was a submission to trijam too so i get that timing was a major constraint, but one thing that would’ve made this much more readily enjoyable would have been this:
instead of jumping directly into the action, a title screen with two options: one that starts the game, and another that explains what the stuff is like you’ve got in the description
all in all tho, once you know what you’re doing this is a fun little game :3
Beautiful game! The music and sprites are amazing! I really love these kind of games. Unfortunately, these games need a ton of explanation and I think it would be better to have that inside the game. But otherwise perfect :)
As cute and cozy as it is fun to play.
Pico8 was an excellent choice for this jam. The music and style is great, and the mechanic of an ingredients queue is really well implemented. That you did this in only 3 hours is worthy of praise. Bravo.
Very well done, and good luck! :D
Very cute game, with hilarious sprites and a perfect gameplay: it could be a great casual game on smartphone!
Love it. Great concept. I played several times through. Nice details in the ingredient stacking and the moving clock. Maybe add some animations to the cats.
This game is really cool and cute! I wish I had a little more time to get used to the recipes and utilize the stacking mechanic better, but the experience is really tight regardless. I'd love to see levels and in-game tutorials if you were to expand on this in the future. I also recorded a video of my playthrough.
