awesome game, really loved to play it!

The melee was really cool in the way it pushes enemies back in a kind of grabbing motion. I also really loved the concept of the store and the way it popped up. Overall really cool, good job!

Developer

Thank you :)

pretty funny, i just gotted evysing dough

Has an undeniable appeal, probably too easy to get too powerful though!

Developer

Oh yea, the snowball is a little wild. Thank you for playing :D

I am stacked on shields, papers, red targets, red crosses, stars, everything. I have become a slaughterhouse of stick figures in an arena filled with items I don't want. I have become my own prison inside this computer, cursed to left click on sticks that disappear immediately and then press the X to close purchasing items, because I don't want them.

I must break from this cycle. There is nothing left.

There most be something more to this, more beauty than just this...

10/10 would item again.

Someone writing a poem about my game was the last thing I expected. I'm super happy you enjoyed!!!

It was very fun.

Lets just say stacking those silver bullets, critical chance and attack speed makes you very very broken.
I had about 18 silver bullets and it took me several minutes to exit the shop because I wasn't moving at all XD

Developer(+1)

I really have to find a way to nerf that... Every run I've seen devolved into 500 burdening bullets 😭 Thank you for playing

I liked the amount of buffs that you could get, and dashing is always fun, cool game!

You appear to have some visual jitter, if you're using godot 4.3, try going to project settings-> general-> physics-> common and enabling physics interpolation while setting physics jitter fix to 0.

I think the game could also benefit from some juice: some sound when you shoot and hit enemies, enemies shaking, flashing and getting knocked back on hit.

Developer

Juice will happen, the blender is on do not worry! I didn't notice any jitter, but I'll do the fix regardless I suppose. Thank you for playing :D

Maybe a tooltip for the collection upgrades would help. Nice game

Developer

Thank you! And yes, I will be getting on that, do not worry 💪

During my first playthrough, I didn’t notice the dash and grab mechanics, which turned out to be really fun.

I think making the information about the items more readable would help highlight this second use of the limitation even better. Unfortunately, it’s hard to stop and read the effects (both positive and negative) of each item.

That being said, great game, and I really liked the use of hand-made assets (literally)!

Developer

Yea, I would have made a popup for them, but I was turbo cramming for time lol. Thank you for playing!

Fun game! Some added animations would have served the overall feel of the game well.

Well done!

Developer

Oh 1000% I agree lol. My artist was busy with college unfortunately, so I had to make do with ms paint 😭 Thank you for playing though!!

I love all the gameplay mechanics, only I wish that your items would show up when you get them in some way, and I also noticed that I never really stopped to read what items did, so maybe make time slow down so you can read the description? idk great game tho

Developer

I was planning on making the items tell you what they did when hovered, but I couldnt get it to look good enough it time. Thank you for the feedback!

The item effects and art are really nice, and the dash and grab mechanics are pretty fun to use.

Developer

Thank you!

Combining the gameplay of Vampire Survivors with thematic elements is indeed quite innovative.

Developer

Thank you :)

great game, got the limitation but you can't die from shooting so it dosnt relly matters

Nice game! Enjoyed the simple visuals and the item designs, but wow it's really punishing to have so many items with so many drawbacks. In the end I was just super fast and took a ton of damage, so I died pretty fast.

Developer

That was the plan, I think it's funny to have a god run then just "poof" gone. Thank you for playing :)
