fun game with relaxing music
Thank you!
Its really good and relaxing, like minecraft in space!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed.
Wow this is SUCH an awesome concept for a game!! I absolutely love your idea, its so creative to have the music and background change depending on the landscape. It's my favorite one I've seen so far. Its nice also that you have included the ability to change around the layout of your base. Definitely a "no water" fishing game interpreted in a very creative and unique way - not just the same old fishing mechanic + a different environment. It took me a long time to understand the mechanics and get used to it, though. The tutorials definitely helped, but I spent a lot of time just clicking around and kind of figuring it out, I think if there was a pause screen where I could read the rules again it would be really helpful. Or maybe some indication of how far I could reach out to catch something or if I could only catch it from a certain type of panel. The pets were cute too but I didn't really understand what to do with them lol, "feed it fish" but I don't think I ever caught a fish? Anyways just some suggestions, I think yall did a great job :)
Thanks so much for the kind words! I spent a long time on the music especially so I'm glad the effect seemed to get through, and that you enjoyed the concept.
You're right, it takes some investigation to figure out what to do... I added that tutorial and even removed a bunch of fluff that was muddying the experience but I would try for an even more cohesive experience if I had the time. I'm really happy that you went through the trouble of learning the game despite the confusion though, I really put a lot of love into this one!
Reviewing the tutorial messages is a good idea... For now I'll leave a screenshot of all the messages in case it's helpful to someone in the future:
Also to address your other confusions:
Update: I added the ability to reread help messages by pressing "h" and added more messages.
