Awesome little game.  I like when a game uses lighting well. Congrats on your entry and good luck!

I lost it at the penny farthing. That was funny (and fun) and well worth it. Good game.

HOLY the atmosphere of this game is incredible! I was so immersed in the game, the visuals is awesome and feels polished! Great work making this! :D

I enjoyed this! At first I thought the art style was kind of bizarre, but after finishing the game I think it really works for the vibe of the game. The whole feeling of it is pretty funky (I mean it in a good way :) ) so I think the different art styles match how it's kind of wacky, and it also makes something feel a little "off" which lends itself to the horror aspect really well. I thought the narration was a great touch, it didn't hold my hand too much but did provide some context for the story. I loved the character design for the bad guy who is fishing for you. Great job!

Thanks a lot :)

The game is pretty aight, the difficulty curve definitely rose high at the end. It was pretty easy apart from that to be honest. What does turn me off though is the weird contradiction between the styles, with the banana and fish being photorealistic, the ship and monster being hand drawn, the legs being a jpeg and the ship being pixel art. A more consistant style would have been nice, but overall I enjoyed the vibe of the game.

Once I saw the giant fish I know this is a horror game alright. Very cool concept with excellent atmosphere. I think a checkpoint system would be cool so you don't have to restart from the beginning but overall, this is an awesome game! Great work :D

Developer

Thanks glad you got some good scares. Note taken the checkpoint system is definitely on the bucket list.

The game is not that bad shape, I quite enjoyed it, and the visual style was nice.

In the second part, I was thinking why would fish be flying in the air, Maybe some visual change in fish to reflect the change.

Something you can fix is adding a  Cover Image, adding some theme to the game page

Developer

Thanks for the input! I just finished the sound and scenes, it was so late. Maybe ill add some wings to those fishes then.
