Other people said is a bit dificult to distinguish between green and blue, and is true. Also, in the last part it became REALLY difficult, because you can't see the collor while the oponents are far, so they get close in a horde.
5 Stars!
Just need some polish and is a really good game.

Thanks for playing and really appreciate the feedback! When using the light magics and coins spawning it will also light up the areas that are darker essentially lighting the way for you but I know its still a bit challenging to distinguish. I know when the horde comes down near the end its hard haha, I playtest the games so much I always think players will find the games to be too easy so I ramp it up but yeah I need to work on the difficulty progression next time.

I like the idea!

My main problems were:

  • I had hard time distinguishing green mushrooms from the blue ones
  • and hard time remembering which button was which color so I was just pressing them randomly
  • also, there was that yellow bar at the bottom filled with coins, but I lost the motivation to fill it, because it was filling very slowly and I had no idea what is it, whether it’s worth the hassle

Hey. I know after setting the lights and choosing all the colors I found it a bit difficult to distinguish the blues from greens but theres differences you can tell if you seen them enough. I think for remembering the buttons I could have started the gameplay much slower and then ramped it up, it gets really fast toward the end. Needed more time honestly. I also think the bar could be shortened. Ill probably make those adjustments soon if youd care to come back and try it out!

5 stars in every category. This is my personal favorite bullet hell style game in this entire jam, way above my own! The game just felt so polished and I was enjoying playing it till the very end. Great game!

I like the graphics a lot, the little mushroom enemies were really cute! I also liked the little dungeon room and the lighting you used. The controls with blue being Spacebar did confuse me a little since I wanted to click out of reflex on the enemies, but I was able to play for a while before I died to a bunch of mushrooms backing me into a corner lol. Great job!

Thank you for playing and feedback :) I wanted three attacks and the space seemed like the best at the time. Would another key have been better?

I'm not sure, I definitely see why you chose what you chose since they're all quick to press. As for alternative ideas, I guess maybe you could have one attack input like left mouse click, then you could toggle attack types with another key (right click, left/right arrows, scroll mouse wheel) to choose the color. Another idea could be selecting the type of attack directly with maybe the number keys (1, 2, 3) then click to cast the selected color spell.
