I love the bullet-hell game style, I personally did the same thing. I thought the upgrade system you added was much better than mine for sure!

This was really interesting! I liked the feel of casting spells at the enemies, it was fun to walk around and explore the level. I was disappointed that there wasn't a way to pick up the armor that was on the floor in one of the rooms on the right, I tried all the keys lol. The screen shake effects were a little intense for me though, I felt a little motion sick and it would be nice to have an option to tone that down should you keep working on it. Great job, I think you could definitely work on this project further and make a cool little game out of it! :^)

Looks like beginnings of something good. I had a teleport mishap where I came out the other side invisible. Chalk it up to bad casting.

Looks like you’ve got a good start on things here. I don’t like the automatic fullscreening though: the game doesn’t need to be played at 4.5K! If you can disable that it would be cool. I appreciate that you gave multiple control options (arrows and wasd) since w/a/s/d are nowhere near each other for me, thank you! If you’re able to use scancodes instead of keycodes, then you can talk about keys by position instead of by label, which is better for movement controls.

didn't know that existed will definitely explore that option!
