So that's what happens when you shove two cartridges in on slot.
Very cool idea! The collision detections sometimes don’t seem to work though, so I was only able to play for a minute or two and then I died. If you work on that, I’m sure it will be much better and fun!
Very unique concept. Liked the art and gameplay. The pieces spawned did glitch and multiple were spawning on top of each another to the point that it just crashed. But still I enjoyed how much I played
The fusion of ninja and tetris is cool.
So the combination of tetris and an infinite runner is a real brave approach. If Ninja could jump over a length of at least on block, it would feel a bit quicker, but without jumping you are placing a real interesting challenge here.
I was not sure, where a block exactly can be placed on, seemed that you had some position issues? If that gets a fix, I would definetively come back to give it another shot because in general i really liked the idea.
Could it be that there were some issues with the drum samples of the music? They came out but sounded like dirac impulses. Maybe an Envelope Curve on the samples for the volume could fix that problem. Or are there issues with the file format?
Neat idea! Love the name and logo as well. Unfortunately I couldn't get too into the gameplay with the collision issues. I'm an avid tetris player and its an interesting twist to try and stack on top of existing terrain and as flat as possible over a horizontal stretch. The production values are pretty solid for a jam too, a tetris theme remix always sounds good and the pixel art on the ninja is nice. Definitely has potential, would love to see where this game goes with more time to work!
The idea is amazing! The execution though... the gameplay idea is good, but the character moves slowly, as does everything, collission is very very wonky and the ninja might fall on the tiniest gaps and consume time climbing. It should be more forigiving imo.
This has a lot of potential for a mobile game endless runner. It's great!
