Really impressive for a 3 day jam. It runs really bad on my pc though.
Thanks for playing!
The good news is that I've recently learned how to optimize a bit for performance . I will do some updates to get it to what I wanted the game to be.
All the animations and environment looked fantastic! I think the genre of the game made it a little bit lackluster on the gameplay side of things but with the limitation in hand i think the only mouse movement worked great. It came to my mind while playing though, what if the guns reloaded automatically and you added a dodge button instead!
Dodging is a good idea!
I hated the limitation of 3 buttons, looking forward to the next jam with a better limitation.
Really nice low-poly modeling, and I like the sound effects, as well as the subtle change in the music every time it restarts, which is nice. I felt that enemies could've had footstep noises to indicate where they were coming in from, though.
Footstep noises is a great suggestion. Thanks for playing
This game has a good concept with nice models and animations. It is impressive for a 3 day game jam. There is a few bugs, I fell out of the map a few times. I'm guessing you ran out of time.
Yes, ended up trying to bugfix as much as I could by the deadline. Thanks for playing!
I bet you ran into some bugs because I didn't disable the keys I bounded for testing (wasd/up arrow). This 3 button limit was crazy!
The limitation was very difficult to work around. Thanks for clarifying about the inputs. I thought the wasd was doing something but wasn't completely sure. I think if you don't use wasd the game runs fine and is enjoyable, but if you hold s as soon as you start, you would fall out of the map. What's funny is that you can still shoot the enemies while under the map.
