I do enjoy my fishing games. All the way from Super Black Bass on the SNES. This is my first time to die in a fishing game though, haha.
Lovely visuals, and fishing is fun.
If you allow me to give a little feedback, the use of the limitation is super creative, however I think the game could be a little more challenging, because it's incredibly difficult to lose, seeing as it's actually possible to get fish without blood, and blood takes way too much time to dissipate on the water. I spammed the blood button just to see what happens when you run out of blood. My opinion is that with a few tweaks here and there to the core gameplay, this could become a very engaging game.
The music does gets in the way after some time, because it's a bit loud. Not a big issue for me, though.
Overall it's a nice and chill game, good job!
I liked the music and the fishing line swaying with motion felt so tactile and nice. Artwork was super clean and cohesive.
That bastard orange fish refused to get on my line though! Nice work here, thanks for making it :)

I like the idea and use of the limitation. There doesn't seem to be too much depth though, which is fine as it a game jam game after all! Also the music should be quieter or have a bit more variety.

I liked the concept and the art, but I couldn't really enjoy the gameplan because I got really confused about which buttons to press on my keyboard. It probably didn't help that I have a qwertz-layout, but I constantly had to look what I have to press to do what.
So if you maybe work in some more options for controls this would be an amazing game.
