I haven't used Godot myself, and I'm eager to hear how it went in more detail so I can learn something without doing something ^_^
As long as you learned something , I'd say you had a successful game jam. New engine is pretty cool. I liked the art style .
Nice effort, I see you said you only just started using a new engine so understandable hitting a few snags. But good to still work through stuff and figure things out so well done on that front!
