The experience was really serene and enjoyable. The mandala in the thumbnail was particularly eye-catching, and I found myself waiting for it to come up in my queue. The feedback from the heart beats was clear, but I was a bit unsure about the breathing part. Specifically, I wasn't sure what the blue and green colors meant, and whether I needed to hold the key for the entire bar. It might be helpful to add some visual effects to indicate successful or unsuccessful breathing. Nonetheless, great job overall!

Thank you.

the blue bar were the inhales and the green were the exhales, but there was no difference in the mechanics.

Yes, I agree that there should have been an visual information on the success or failure to it.

Once again thank you for playing and commenting.

Managed to get all 7 chakras but the game didn't end, I'm guessing you didn't have time for a victory screen? Either way, very relaxing game. Nice work.

Developer(+2)

Weird, it should have ended when you reach 40bpm, but hey, if it doesn't have bugs something is not right.
Thank you for playing and kind words.

It might have been that I didn't reach 40 bpm! I did get all 7 chakras, but I think my bpm hovered around 42-45.

Thank you so much for playing! We're fixing this issue after the voting! =D The best part is that you find the game relaxing, for me, as the GD, it's awesome feedback! Thank you! =)

Hey, Had a bit of hard time with the starting. It was too difficult. I think having 1 chakra as easy and 7th chakra as hard would make sense as opposed to now. I was only able to get to the 2nd chakra & then eventually lost that too. (if this is already done, then the difficulty needs serious balancing)
Could it be that the game was completed in lesser days than 10?
Anyways, great work on getting a completed game, It is a bigger achievement than you might think! :D

Developer(+1)

Hey, thanks for playing and also your kind words.
It's supposed to be harder by the 7th chakra xD although the heart beat is lower you have more "manual" heartbeats.
We had some trouble starting but in the end we made it and learned a lot.

Yes then (imo) I would say that difficulty was challenge for me. But for more hardcore gamers it would be a good challenge so all good!

Developer

well, internally we had the same questions, and we ended up changing it to a less challeging version of the game than the one we first had, where the bpms would go up every time that you open a chakra and with no automatic heartbeats.

Maybe something else is not right, and definetly difficulty balancing is a challenge :)

After the jam we will probably do a revision and make a final version, and I would like to have your opinion on that.

Submitted(+1)

Yes, I understand difficulty balancing can be hard as I faced same issue with my game where I thought game was easy enough was it wasn't 😅
So don't stress out too much, just giving my two cents of my experience with the game! Surely. Do let me know once your have a new update out!
