Hey, Thanks for the feedback, Glad you enjoyed the experience the way it was meant to be :D

One thing i'd say is that the connection to the theme could have been more integrated to the core gameplay.

Well done on the game! πŸ˜„

Man. I can't do horror games, How am I supposed to rate this? 😭😭

I almost almost was gonna not play it. But thank you for making the 'monster' just a capsule & not being in a full dark environment.

Anyways, So for a first project. I'd say this is very well done as a proof of concept/MVP.

There are quite a few things that can be done to 'better' the game but reading the comments, you are very well aware of that so not going to repeat those things πŸ˜…

Congratulations on your first game. Welcome to the game dev community. (you're gonna hate it but you're also gonna love it! πŸ˜‚)

I didn't really have much issues with the controls since I just spammed mouse clicks & learned what to do. I think it could have been something great if you could have finished it

It's okay that you lost motivation to complete the game, it happens to all of us game devs. The good thing is that you did try & that matters more than you would think so good job on that. πŸ˜„

ooooo boy this was a treat to play.

The shooting is J-U-I-C-Y. The bird feet as wall block is a clever clever design element. The bubbles slowly becoming small & then going away is nice attention to detail. The camera zooming in to show less of the map & increase difficulty is top notch as well.

I'm not sure why but when I saw the 'scroll wheel to change guns' it made me really excited that there are different weapons of choice.

The difficulty is also super well-balanced.

Safe to say this was made with love & by a team of experienced people.

Super cool-cute-charming game. Thanks for the experience ^^

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ SPOILER ALERT: hyperventilating is the 'Hack'.

Ah, the default capsule. πŸ† - Here is a trophy for keeping the default mesh alive!πŸ˜‚

Art style looks like old browser games so if that's what you were going for. It does that well. But you should really match art styles man!

Controls are confusing to me as well.

Since art is one of the things that people notice first. Bravo on that. Short intro to story. Well done on that. Juicy attacks. Superb Job on that.

BUT the motion blur takes away from all of these. I understand that your intention was maybe to simulate a 'toxic environment' / 'dizzy' feeling perhaps? But that is not interfering a lot with the gameplay so do rethink on that.

Apart from that, everything is extremely well polished & thought of for a jam game. πŸ˜„

It's a great game, The mechanics are well implemented & having no sense of urgency is great. The puzzles are well thought-out. Music is good as well. I'm sure I don't need to say that axolotls are cute. period. Anyone who disagrees is well an _________ <- fill in as you like!

I do feel however that there is a the use of theme could be slightly be more.

oh booooooooooooooy. I don't play card games but I love to see 'themes' incorporated in card type mechanics. Especially when they are well done.

Everything about this game is perfect.

I really don't have much else to say man.

You guys are a great team of devs.

Okay so firstly, this is one of those potions that has the most absurd ingredients. CSGO sliding in outer space with markiplier as an evil villian who stole your minecraft blocks? This is what my dreams are like fr fr πŸ˜‚

Tbh you've got the core going in the right direction with using if not the most popular one of the most popular FPS shooter mechanics. You could do a few things right & it'd be fun little shooter toy.

But hey congrats on the game regardless! πŸ˜„

Super nice concept. Has a good level of uniqueness to it in terms of the whole game setup.

The lungs outer wall acting as the 'death' is a very clever level design choice.

Simple yet effective art style. :)

Neat little game. Polished movement & shooting. Highly Enjoyable. Art style stands out.

I did feel like levels got repetitive & introduction to new level elements could be done faster. But that's just my two cents.

Well done on the game guys! πŸ˜„

Ah well if you intended the game to be hard then it does that well but since its a jam game, hardcore games are hard to understand in jams πŸ˜… You too!

That's what the game dev community is about :) helping each other out man!πŸ˜„

Honestly. The tutorial as is does a very good job so don't stress too much about it ^^

Side note, I actually did get burgers today cause of this game πŸ˜‚

As everyone saying, the bugs man, the bugs are hogging away at the game. I couldnt really do much tbh. The art style is alright, not sure how it fits to the theme as well. Sorry :/

Very less comments for the amount of ratings. let's hop in the game & see why

So the art style is really not it for me. feels like early browser games.

I don't see how it was related to the theme as well.

The game name sounds very inspired from 'the rumbling' 🀨.

Not alot to say. Uhm I couldn't find the 'keycard'.

Okay, I'll get into the details later but WHO THE HELL ORDERS A LETTUCE ONLY BURGER WHAT PSYCHOPATH DOES THAT!!

Game is super well polished. Art style is NOICE I like how everything is super responsive. I think the game really would have missed out if you did not include the tutorial screen. That really added to the retention. The music/sound FX fits very well with the game.

The one thing that I'd say was that these kind of games are usually made to have more chaos as the game goes on, but that didn't happen here which is kinda good for a jam game but not really good for this kind of game? And me saying a game is easy really does mean it's too easy. But being easy means that everyone gets to enjoy the challenge so that's good.

This also made me hungry. I just finished playing a game in which the boss throws pizza at you & now this. The universe is sending a signal. πŸ˜‚

You did not just use the OG Microsoft font. Damn ahaha

I guess the 'take a deep breath' is in the form of calming down & breathing before giving an answer.

Funny game though.

I really really like the Japanese voice overs.

You're a mad lad for integrating 4 player controls into one keyboard. Legit. I played with bots.

It's a fun little game that has the potential to be a good coach co-op game. (with additional add-ons & stuff)

overall, well polished, no bugs & a unique concept.

As I opened the page I was hit with the 'WARNING!' it triggered my flight or fight response manπŸ˜‚

A bit too difficult imo, but I feel like that was only due to too much damage in a single enemy hit & potions not easily available.

The auto-breathing is a good touch as we already have too many things to worry about so just standing still is the perfect way to regain sanity.

I like the dark dungeon environment & the indiana jones character haha.

Congrats on getting a game out mate, well done! :)

Why did puffinick have to be born without wings, life is cruelπŸ˜”

Cute game. I like how the story bits are given in each level instead of giving all the story in the beginning or majority of the story in the beginning & the rest in the end. The levels are well thought out & are easy as well. (which is good imo)

Completed the game. The ending is a bit deep if you think about it and reflect it with real life.

Game definitely was made with a lot of love & care.

Well done man, Well done.

I played this game outside of the queue & had issues with the difficulty (I think, as I played too many games outside the queue as wellπŸ˜…)

Going to give it a play now & see If I can get past the first wave!

The opening screen is a nice touch to the story, The difficulty does seem to be balanced & much easier than before. I like how when you breathe & everything is calm this one NPC starts using his phone & starts chilling 🀣🀣 and then when its back to fight mode he comes back like 'aight break over'πŸ˜‚

Tony's spinning attack got me ngl. I feel it's a tad bit difficult but that's good for the challenge & I'm just a 'easy' mode player so πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Funny & Goofy 'Idle' Animations were my fav part about the game. Took me a bit to see the 'red' hit cone under the player since everything is red.

Congratulations on completing the game!

The 3D Done in 2D is a nice touch. I had troubles seeing the 'dash-o-meter' and was confused why dash sometimes worked & didn't. πŸ˜…

Good environmental take infused with the theme. :)

So this gave a bit of 'The Martian' vibes (had you recently rewatched the movie before the game jam? πŸ€”πŸ˜‚ )

Surprisingly, I havent come across a 3D game in space so this was a first. I learned the controls myself before I went in the gym & saw the tutorial style platforming.

I got stuck at the lounge room because of the rock? Like there is a door behind the rock but I can't budge the rock at all :( even the arrow points towards the rock so dont know what to do there.

Nice little detail on the 'darkness' closing in as going out of breath.

Ah, I see πŸ˜… It's good to know that you are aware of some changes the game needs & will be updating it in the future!

Had play-tested this game in its early stages, Still find it funny how the fire breathing is said as 'that was it, that's fire breathing' & ironically, literally that is fire breathing! πŸ˜‚

- Nice to have you add the 'easy' mode.

- Storyline is definitely interesting & funny of the struggles of DYLAN.

- I like how you 'unlock' the more breathing out & that makes you kid flash πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

- The level with the staircase spikes was pretty hard & I wasn't able to get through there :(

Talked to the dev one-on-one and is a nice guy! :)

Good art work & great work on the voice acting ( very few games have done voice acting here)

I think the panic attacks could be a bit more frequent because the game is too forgiving right now. I was swimming around which wasn't much to do but 'exploration' could be enhanced by having the fish not move together that would not miss up the sense of direction. Maybe some parallax background too or something, just my two cents.

As everyone mentioning here, I am as well a victim of the getting into the game. :(

Take on the breathing mechanic that influences movement which in turn influences how the game is played has a good depth to it.
This game was well done in that regard. Super nice & polished artwork as well.
Overall it was a fun experience.

'I feel that taking a deep breath is almost like forcefully blowing one's anxieties away' This really made me think man.

Wowza! what a take on the theme & the uniqueness. Puzzles are nicely done. The fact there isn't any death/lose mechanic is great imo in jam games so well done on that!

There is another game called 'Suspire' or something so seeing Inspire gave a deja vu feeling ahaha.

Polish is top notch. The game mechanics are satisfying whether it's breathing or hitting enemies.

Didn't expect the upgrades tbh but that increases the retention greatly.

A fun satisfying game. Loved it! Great work, Champ! 😁

Also - A unique color palette. Made to work well. Takes a good artist's ability that! πŸ˜‰

This was a good fresh breath of air (pun intended πŸ˜‰)

I like how every game play can be slightly different with the multitude of abilities & breathing techniques. I like the fast-paced action. Game balance is nice & depends on the difficulty the player chooses which imo for this kind of game really helps with the experience.

I think this game would do well in the Bullet jam as well! So sneak this in there as well!πŸ˜‚

My only non positive thing about the game would be art-style but it's not like it takes away from the experience. It would only enhance it so if you're not as artist don't worry about it cause the art style is alright right now too! :)

I had a similar idea to this, The kirby style mechanic. Nice to see someone else make itπŸ˜‚

Gives off 'katamari' & sort of 'donut county' vibes. Game balance could be slightly easier (it was hard for me)

Nice work with the 3D assets as I believe setting up such a scene has to be done manually which takes alot of time so good work on that!

Overall I think with a bit more work & more content this also be something cool to see on steam! 😁

I almost thought this was same game that I had played on here & was confused for a while haha.

Story is intriguing. Art style is super nice.

The game balance is nice, I can just swim through without having to come to surface & can pick up ari from the 'shells' which is a good game design element as it doesn't break the calm flow that i was having with the swimming & doesn't make breathing a chore. The visualization of where you can breathe and not breathe was super clear as well.

The diving mechanic was a nice add-on to have. Also , not really sure what the bubble on the screen is for. πŸ€”(figured it out after I ran out of air lol)

Interesting interesting concept, Had to potential to be a neat little steam game but needs work to be 'complete'. If looking a the core mechanics as well. I like the 'auto-play' of the game & we can upgrade values. A little more control of the units would be nice. πŸ™‚

Captivating & Cute Art Style!

Introducting Controls to the player in-game is always a good experience & would rather spend time doing that as opposed to reading controls (ironic cause in my game I had to write them & couldn't give it in game πŸ˜‚)

THE CHARACTER ATE THE SPACE BAR YOO! IT TOOK ME BY SUCH A SURPRISE HAHAHA!
I HAD TO EAT THE START TO START. HAHAHA AMAZINGG!!!

Polished game. Definitely made by experienced devs ☺

However, some feedback on stuff would be nice like when water inhaled & planting water & such just more visual expression!

Off game review - Itch page made to match game color  palette leaves a good first impression 😁

So the game's art is quite nice but the way it is - It feels like an artist had to code stuff around πŸ˜… which eventually will only get better & better with time.

The 'arrow pointer' in the breath menu bar is quite hard to find & can be easily missed. I found it after failing 1-2 times at the bar breathing but its alright.

The speed of the character really takes away from the experience :( I feel it could be faster & the breathing mechanic could also be sped up :(

Congratulations on the game though. Could be great with this art style :)
