Basically, yes. But obviously, make sure that no such content is on the game page/screenshots and that it's clearly labelled as such, so that a user who's under-aged to view such content, or is just uncomfortable with it, is fully aware of what to expect. Same goes for excessive violence, drug-use, inappropriate symbolism, etc. Rely on common sense and decency, I'm usually made aware of anything that goes too far/is too intrusive and reserve the right to disqualify games from the jam; I'll likely message the user in this case.
