pretty good polish for the animations, music's pretty hype too!

couple suggestions for expanding the game:

1. Pacing - quiet sections can help people recharge their energy and stay motivated to keep playing for hours, even days. Maybe after introducing giant cube boss, he goes for a while and you have to fight chill enemies for a while? Could even break up enemy waves with chill Exploring sections / Win Screens / Shops
2. as i mentioned before, quiet moments. you wanna have contrast, so if theres a mundane sitcom school day contrasted with the gelatinous cube, it makes the strange theme stand out more. also, the cube is very wide-eyed by default so you could do a bit of storyetlling there, say he was your chemistry teacher "mr. square" before a bit of science classroom mishaps (i dunno if thats interesting, more of an example but feel free to use my weird classroom idea)
3. The white leaf background looks kinda pretty and interesting, could use it for Environmental Storytelling
